How to invite people to your project, view matched participants, and view applicants in the platform.
How to Invite Top Matches to Apply
Follow these steps to view your personalized list of candidates and invite them to apply to your project:
The best way to secure talent quickly is to reach out to potential candidates directly. Our algorithm even identifies top matches for your project!
1. Login to the Stretch@KP portal
2. On the “My Workspace” page, click on the “Hosting” tab in the “My Projects” section and then click on your project name
3. Once on your project page, click on the “Applicants” tab (located below your project name)
4. Browse potential candidates by clicking on their name to view their profile. When you find one that looks interesting, click “invite to apply” which will send them an email with a link to your project.
Talent Search
You can also use Talent Search to discover people by name, role, category, or skill.
Clicking on a card will open up their profile and email address.
How to View Applicants in the Platform
Please note: we kindly ask that you respond to all individuals who have applied to your project. After you choose someone for your project, you should let the other applicants know – even if you didn’t interview them. It's courteous and good etiquette to respond to every person who has expressed an interest in the work!
