Are you a host who has used Stretch@KP to get access to resources? 

Consider using Stretch@KP to expand your network by participating on a project.
 

Are you a participant who has gained skills by being part of a project team? 

​Consider using Stretch@KP to host a project. Think about your work and where you might benefit from a thought partner or a project manager or other resource to help you move that work forward.

POST A PASSION PROJECT

Connect with other employees on topics that you are passionate about. 

​​Do you want ways to fuel your passion at work? Use Stretch@KP to post your project and connect with people who have the interest and time to create with you.

MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Are you an individual contributor, seeking management experience?  

Use Stretch@KP to host a project and get real-life practice managing, coaching, and delegating. You can start small – by only recruiting for one resource. Keep in mind, by hosting, you are also providing an opportunity for others to learn and grow!

JOB SHADOWING

Document and manage your department’s job shadowing program.

We can customize a report for you and your team to receive on a regular basis to track job shadowing activity and outcomes

BUILD A COHORT

Build out a resource pool.

Be more nimble with how you resource your work. Create a project to build a resource pool that you can have at the ready to assist you on an as-needed basis.

Lead a high impact project with Grow.Stretch.Innovate. (GSI). You can be a Team Lead for a project we source - which provides an opportunity to build managerial skills and gain leadership experience. This is new and still in the pilot phase. Learn more about GSI here.
